For this Dallas couple, entertaining is one key element that was top of mind while designing the space. Working with repeat clients was Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro Architects founding principal and designer Mark Hoesterey, who helped transform these dreams into a reality. “We balanced a very different aesthetic within the traditional estates,” shares Hoesterey. “The trick is that you can do a different style of architecture if you respect the street.”

Hoesterey certainly mastered this secret trick as the end result was the perfect blend of a modernized manse surrounded by lush greens and sweeping views—a true treasure to have within a buzzy city. The design team helped highlight outdoor elements within the interiors in order to bring the best of both worlds under one roof.
