Swirling Tornado of Fire
This striking spectacle of flame is on full display at the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center project, which is a beautiful example of Montigo’s newest commercial product, the Tornado T260.
We partnered with American Heritage Fireplace in Chicago, IL, to develop a complementary design to suit the unique location this fireplace would be displayed in.
Located at the peak of a large common area atrium, this 3-sided triangular fireplace echoes the shape of the room and provides a showcase for the swirling tornado of flame in the center. The glass was so large that it required multiple installers and the use of a cherry picker to maneuver the glass into place! The end result is a fireplace unlike any other.
